Our Dr. Seuss Celebration ended with breakfast at IHOP, the day after his birthday! The Petersons came with us, and Janeen Perkins brought her son, Jake and his friend Cole Sorenson. (he is the son of Nik's Kindergarten teacher!) Katie was the only one that got a "lorax" breakfast....it was pancakes and blueberries in a huge waffle cone! She loved it!!! There was a balloon artist there, that made cool things for each of the kids!!! It was a great way to end Dr. Seuss' Birthday!
