LEGOLAND

So, last year for Spring Break we went to Pismo Beach and met up with our great friends, The Walters, for the week. But this year, their kids didn't have the same week off as Nikolas, so we decided that because they live in Idaho and we don't get to see them very much, we would take a day off of school and meet them at Legoland. They were doing the whole San Diego Adventure Trip for the whole week, and it was a good reason to go too, since we hadn't taken the kids yet!!!

You can't pass up taking a picture with a Spongebob made of Legos--right!!!!!

This little train was really cute, it was in a little area, where kids Kenzy's age could play-but the boys liked it too! When the boys were done playing in this little play area, we looked around for Daddy and Kenzy and couldn't find them, well we found them on this blue helicopter!! So, Nik, Jax and I had a turn riding on it too!!!!!

These cars made of legos were pretty cool. Jax and Nik both felt cool "driving" along their own "street", but I think their favorite part was getting their very own license!!!

These lego boats were fun.....stearing them wasn't so easy but Jax did a pretty good job!! Picture 1 is Nikolas with Brianna Walters, Picture 2 was Andrea and Hailee, and then following up the rear and almost bumping into each of them were Jax and I!

Nik, Jax and Eric were laughing so hard at all of the people that they were shooting at on this ride-it is pretty neat and the shooters shot far----they hit me from pretty far away! They also have a cool water area....The boys loved it, even though they were in their jeans!! I didn't even think to bring their swimsuits, I did bring an extra pair of clothes for them though!!


The Daytona 500 was replicated with legos, and oh my gosh, I think we stood there for 30 minutes or more just looking at all of the details-people, the race cars, snack stand, etc...we walked around more, and holy moly, it was draw dropping just seeing all of the things that they had made out of legos......this is a picture of the white house and a ton of people in front of it....the kids were pretty excited to see the "strip" of Las Vegas because that is where their aunt Titi lives, we saw the Hollywood Bowl, and the San Francisco trollies were going up and down hills just like they do in the "real" city......this part of Legoland was absolutely amazing!!

Jaxson and Nikolas were having so much fun on this ride, they ended up going on it 3 times!! The ride would take them up pretty high, and then drop them down little by little, it was funny to watch them!!

Nikolas was the only one who wanted to take a picture with Bob the Builder and Wendy!! Everybody else was too tired from such a long day!!!

We had so much fun, and we were so excited to see our friends......the kids want to go back to Legoland already!!!!
