I planned a little scavenger hunt for Eric to find his presents with the help of the kids of course!! There were specific clues, that told them where to go next....then they found his presents!! The kids got him a cool airplane kite, and I surprised him with his first flight lesson!!! He was very excited about both.....later in the day he told me that he had scheduled his first lesson, and was very nervous about it!!! Just that much closer to becoming a private pilot!!! WOO HOO!
And before we went off to a nice dinner, the kids noticed we had some strong wind outside so we got out the kite and flew it in the front yard!!! The kids thought it was so awesome to fly a kite in the front, and not at the beach!!!!
We took the kids to Eric's dad's house, and they watched them while we went to an amazing Chinese Restaurant-Panda Inn! Boy was it good.....Eric had me trying all kinds of new stuff, which is something I do not do often....I tried cabbage, spinach, soy beans, and green tea ice cream!! It was sooooo yummy, we were both super full on the way back to Papa and Nanny's house!!!!

Jaxson was super excited to try out the kites! Especially the airplane kite that they picked out for Daddy!!! The 3rd picture is the airplane one, but of course the boys wanted to put up their kites too, so Mickey Mouse and Cars the movie kites were also out in the front flying around!!!
